House Clearance
Callans only use their highly trained removal teams for house clearances. The teams can either collect one or two items or if required clear the whole property including the attic, eves, sheds, garages etc. Goods with no commercial value have to be disposed of via the destructor and the Council charges are passed on to the customer. Remember all soft furnishings must comply with the 1988 Fire Regulations, items which fail to comply will be disposed of.

Callans also provide a home cleaning service, leaving the house ready for the property market.

Once the Removal Team have cleared the property they then unload the items into the Auction Hall. The Auction services take over and the items are entered into the Auction cycle. (see Auctions)

We ensure our clients goods are carefully and securely handled throughout all levels of the Auction Process and are accompanied by clear and accurate paperwork. Commissions and Fees are competitive and calculated simply. Settlements are made within ten working days after date of sale.

Thomas R Callan can also provide storage and worldwide distribution of bequests.
