We offer our services as an Independent Family and long established local businesses. We are qualified to undertake Valuations for official purposes, namely:
Inheritance Tax, Insurance, Probate, Private Treaty and Liquidation.
Valuations are based on three scales, Inheritance Tax, Willing Seller/Willing buyer and Insurance.

Inheritance Tax Valuation is based on Auction Estimate minus commission and transportation fees ie current market value. |

Private Treaty of Family Division Valuations are based on a Willing Seller / Willing Buyer – a fair current market value. |
|
|
|
|
Insurance Valuations are based on renewal or retail value which is usually double an Auction Estimate. |
