Our aim is to provide a one stop approach for all executors and legal professionals. From the initial provision of an Inventory and Valuation in accordance with section 160 of the Inheritance Act of 1984 to conducting house clearances and distribution and storage of bequests to the final sale maximising assets by public auction. Transparent and accurate paper work will be provided throughout the process.
Thomas R. Callan works closely with an increasing number of UK based professional advisers in specialist fields e.g. Chinese ceramics, Fine Art, stamps etc.
Recognising that professional clients often have exacting schedules we aim to provide a timely and efficient service, competitive in both cost and delivery, Callan’s can arrange valuation’s of entire property contents or individual items to be completed usually within five days after instruction. The report can then be sent by post or email.
