Callan’s are specialists in house clearances and are pleased to collect one or two items for Auction or clear the entire contents of a full house including attics, eves, sheds and garages. Unlike other Auction Houses, Callan’s will not ‘Cherry Pick’ or ‘Farm Out’ items of lesser value.
Our experienced valuers will be pleased to visit customers and provide impartial and friendly advice at what can be a very difficult and sensitive time. Furnishings can be appraised and our valuers will identify and value quality items for specialists sales, discuss and value furnishings suitable for general interior sales and advise of unsaleable items. Verbal appraisals are provided free of charge.
House clearances and uplift for Auction are conducted by our own dedicated and experienced removal teams ensuring careful handling throughout. Callan’s are pleased to clear unsaleable furnishings including the contents of attics, sheds and garages. The majority of unsaleable furnishings are offered to assorted local charity shops and unwanted items are disposed through the councils recycling centre.
Callan’s can organise a house cleaning service, which will leave your house ready for the property market.
House Clearances are charged on an hourly rate and these charges will be deducted from the proceeds of sale.
